Thought it would be worth devoting a post to Swedish producer Otto Knows as he seems to be blowing up at the moment following his debut “Million Voices“ & his epic remix of DaDa Life’s “Kick Out The Epic Motherfucker“.
Otto Jettman is back with what is to be his 3rd release of the year – a remix of London producer Burns’ latest single ‘Lies’. With strong vocals & a well tailored array of scattered synth work, it had no problem getting the Guvernment crowd going at this years Decadence where it was first previewed.
If you were lucky enough to be at Tomorrowland last night you would have heard the full version in all its glory. I’m sure it was EPIC
Otto Knows remix of ‘Lies’ will be released 17th September
“Surfer X Blood held the third gathering of the Summer Tease The Good Life Pool Party event’s at the Standard Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles and things got Weird in a really Rad way! From a “Big Foot” to an all star line up of entertainment, to launch Nicole Hanriot’s (Tavik Swimwear Head Designer) brand new Swimwear line Beach Riot. Guantanamo Baywatch from Portland made a pit stop to start the beach bingo party out with an amazing melodic surf rock set that set the tone for the rest of the day.
This event was in great anticipation for Beach Riots swimwear line launch and as well their arrival of showing their new line at the 30th year anniversary of Miami’s “SWIM SHOW” that is currently happening Now!”
To say last week was the best week of my life would be a total understatement. Last week was my Yacht Week sailing the south route of Croatia and it was nothing short of unbelievable. Croatia is so beautiful; the weather was amazing; the people were so much fun & the Yacht Week parties were out of this world! It’s finally taken me 4 days to pull myself together & get back to the real world…
Our skipper was a bit of a legend – along with most of the Yacht Week crew
Sailing alongside 60 yachts was so cool – on our last day there was a regatta where we all dressed up & got some good sailing in
The parties were wild – in a ruined building; an ancient fort; a beach bar in a secluded bay; overlooking an olympic-sized swimming pool – every night was epic
4th July just so happened to fall on the Wednesday & everyone went mental. It was definitely my favorite day – they held the sickest party on the crew boat…
Continuing with a crazy party in Hvar…
& finishing in a club on its own private island
The music throughout the week was supplied by FDVM who’ve shared the decks with the likes of Steve Aoki & Axwell and I’m pretty sure I speak for everyone when I say they killed it
After meeting some amazing people from all over the globe – I am so excited to do Yacht Week all over again!!!
Check out what I’m thinking for New Years in the BVIs…
